BBC Radio Cornwall Live at Camborne RFC
On Friday 8th September, Julie Skentelbery's BBC Radio Cornwall show devoted a whole morning to all the build-up ahead of the first competitive derby game between Camborne & Redruth along with discussion on a wide range of good news stories, from the new work by Cornish Metals at South Crofty, the reopening of The Donald Thomas Centre by Create CIC and the 11 Town Deal projects that aim to transform the town.
Mayor Fox, Deputy Ball, Councillor Valley and Anna Pascoe from Camborne BID were all interviewed about the exciting projects that are underway under town deal funding ranging from the Basset Centre Community Hub, the Park Gerry project, Project A-Void and much more.
