Camborne Town Council’s flagship Town Deal project will see the sympathetic restoration of 2 listed buildings, the Basset Centre and the White House, joined together with a stunning glass atrium to house a modern, spacious Library, a dedicated youth space, a large multi-use performance and events space, refreshments outlet and social space as well as other community and commercial services.
Local architects Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole have been working with Camborne Town Council on the project and have recently provided fly-through visualisations of their design (click PBWC Vimeo video button below).
Camborne Town Council invited all members of the community to have their say on the future of the Basset Centre & White House buildings and these visualisations have been displayed in the foyer of the Passmore Edwards building and at various consultation events throughout 2023.
