A Town Councillor since 1995, Charlotte is a member of the Budget & Development Committee, a member of the Planning Committee to which she is Chairman and the Heritage Sub Committee. She is also a member on the Risk Assessment Panel and the Staffing Working Party. She represents the Town Council on the Tehidy Country Park Advisory Group.
Charlotte is a farmer’s wife, married for more than 30 years with 2 daughters, a son and an increasing number of grandchildren. She works full time for Cornwall County Council in Adult Social Care as a Day Centre Officer supporting adults with learning difficulties. As a parent and grandparent she has a heightened interest in education, employment, health and housing and is both aware of and concerned about the shortfall in provision for these services.
