David Gordon Everett was co-opted to Camborne North Ward. David is a member of the Amenities Committee.
Having lived in Troon for nearly 6 years, from 1996 to 2002 I didn't want to leave Troon and Cornwall. I lived in Rutland for 8 years and bought a retirement-house in Camborne. To maintain my Cornish connections, I worked for a research degree on Henry Jenner, under the Institute of Cornish Studies, at the British Library in London.
I have lived in Oxford, Milton Keynes, Reading and London, was brought up in Durham City and born in Sunderland. I went to Grammar Schools in Durham and Reigate, and studied at Oxford and London. Although something of a "rolling stone", Camborne is now my home.
