| Reg Bennett : Town Clerk |
|
Reg was appointed Town Clerk in1989 and is currently one of the longest serving Town Clerks in Cornwall. When contacting the Council he will be your first point of contact. Reg is a Camborne man through and through and a very proud Cornishman.
He has two sons, Warren and Sam who like Reg are proud to be Cornish. |
| He was born and educated in Camborne attending Kehelland Primary School and later Camborne Treswithian School (now Camborne School and Community College) and lives with his partner Sue on the outskirts of the Town. Through his work with the Council he has seen many changes in the Town's fortunes. The work of the Council in improving the Town's commercial centre since the decline of the tin mining industry has taken a major part of his time during the last decade but Reg will readily admit that there is still a lot more to do. He is very much involved in the culture, heritage, art and sport associated with Camborne being a Member of Camborne Town Band Music Society, a patron of the Camborne Rugby Football Club, secretary of the Cornwall Industrial Archaeological Advisory Group, secretary to the Camborne Town Forum, secretary of the Camborne Twinning Association, Chairman of Camborne Toddlers Stop, Member of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of Camborne Open Group. His hobbies include all aspects of music, all sport, DIY and gardening. He is a former playing member of Camborne Town Band and a well-known local jazz trumpet player. |

| Beverley Pascoe: Deputy Town Clerk |
|
Beverley joined the Council in 1998 and is on many occasions the first voice you hear if you telephone the Council.
Beverley lives with husband Paul who is a Financial Advisor and has two children, Christopher and Michelle |
| Beverley has lived in Camborne since 1978 and is a great asset to the Council. She is the calming influence in the office when things don't go necessarily to plan. Her hobbies include golf, gardening, and operating an unpaid taxi service for the children. |
